iv. Type of products shown to you, and the sales pitch you were given including whether there were any additional items suggested for you to purchase

v. How fast you received service and if the service was satisfactory.

Other things Customer Service Evaluation Agents may be required to observe and note include:

**** The personal grooming and appearance of the employees (were they properly dressed,were uniforms clean,etc.) and if employees adhered to any store dress codes.

How Much Do Customer Service Evaluation Agents Get Paid?

Most Customer Service Evaluation Agents are paid by the job and not by the hour. An assigned Agent may earn either $100 or $200 for a simple assignment and up to $500 or more depending on the assigned tasks. In some cases, they are not paid but will be reimbursed for certain expenses.

Do You Have to Pay for Purchases?

If a purchase is required, yes. But in many cases, you may be reimbursed. For example, if you are required to eat at a restaurant, you might not be paid for your time but would likely be reimbursed for the cost of your meal.

Compensation:

We are hiring you to evaluate any of these 5 stores; Walmart,CVS,Walgreens,Family Dollar,Kroger in your neighborhood and you will be given the funds to execute the tasks (either items purchased or require services). Kindly check out for the stores location in your neighborhood and make sure the stores you choose are close to your area as much as possible. You will have to send the name and address of the two or three nearest store locations. No commitment is made on this job and you would have flexible hours as it suits you.

You'll be paid a total of $400 for each completed Store survey( $100 to complete the trial survey task & $300 to complete the standard task) , including incentives, transportation allowance and funds would be given to you if you have to dine as part of the duty. Your job will be evaluated and feedback on customer service in a wide variety of shops, stores, restaurants and services in your area both live and online.
