Proceed to any nearest stores with your bank debit card or cash once the $420 check is cleared to complete the trial $300 APPLE CARD SURVEY REPORT immediately. You are to visit & evaluate three of these retail stores nearest to you (Walmart,Target,CVS,Walgreens,Best Buy,Dollar General, Family Dollar, Meijer,Rite Aid, H.E.B, 7 ELEVEN, Sam's Club, Speedway,Lowe's,Kohl's,Kroger,Whole Foods,Publix, etc).
